Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over 1 million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe, and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

The Founders’ Office oversees the business and commercial strategy, organizational performance and processes, as well as cross-divisional strategic projects.

We are looking for a Program Manager who will represent the Founders Office in driving process excellence initiatives and arm the organization with deeper capabilities as we continue our rocketship growth.

Responsibilities

As Secretlab scales, you will heavily support the Chief of Staff in evolving our company operations, policies, and procedures and help to improve end-to-end processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring Secretlab continues to perform fluidly and efficiently even as we rapidly grow and scale our operations across all teams and departments.

You are likely to immediately focus on the organizational network, including how communications, information, and decisions flow through an organization. In addition, you would also support departments and/or work groups to scale their operations and overall increase organisational capabilities.

To do so, you will need to provide creative problem solving — first by independently, proactively and continually carrying out investigations and troubleshooting of our current process methodologies, and then come up with tailored improvements that suit our unique organization.

You will also help bridge and spot any gaps between departments, delivering solutions or implementing appropriate workflows to support cross-functional decision making, information flow and feedback.

To succeed, you must be able to build strong relationships and positively influence key internal stakeholders (namely the department heads and leaders) and cross-functional teams to understand each of their needs, develop tailored proposals, and manage the execution of the plans across each of their teams.

Requirements

  • Project/Program management and/or organizational performance experience
  • Strong communicator that can effectively manage competing stakeholder priorities, connecting the dots at a strategic cross-functional and organisation-focused level
  • Systems thinker — able to manage a high degree of complexity. From there, able to distill and structure information into simple executable tasks that strategically impact at a global level.
  • Strong experience in consultative problem-solving. Exemplary skills in bringing structure to complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism: Able to communicate well and with tact and diplomacy in dealing with diverse groups of stakeholders, particularly the Executive, senior leaders, employees and possibly even external stakeholders.
  • Agile mindset who can adapt quickly to evolving and/or scaling-up practices and not be confined to “industry best practices”.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skill
