You will be an asset to the Human Resources department, being cross trained to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Our HR team is essential in ensuring that Secretlab’s human assets are primed to continue delivering at a world-class level on all our initiatives; including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administration (e.g. enforcing compliance to company regulations, employee engagement, etc.)
- Supports recruitment coordination. This includes understanding the various roles, taking on a creative and multi-channel approach to sourcing candidates, assessing the candidate and onboarding candidates.
- Be an advocate and custodian of Secretlab’s organisation culture and values
- Optimize HR processes and implementations
- Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders for recruitment coordination
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in HR
- Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience in a HR role with a portfolio in recruitment.
- Entry level candidates with strong internship experiences in relevant fields may be considered
- Working knowledge of Job Portals (JobStreet, Jobs Bank, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, business communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Creative, adaptable, and strong in apply critical thinking to talent sourcing strategies
- Exceptional proficiency in your written and spoken English
