You will be a valued member of our Business Development team, being a crucial point-of-contact for the team with our corporate customers in the Global market. This role requires strong interpersonal, strategic, and analysis skills, allowing our brand to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients while delivering world-class service to match the product.

Our Business Development team represents our brand to all corporate clients as Secretlab continues to grow its reach through internal and collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify new business opportunities and analyzing sales options to explore creative ways to expand the Secretlab business
  • Providing key support to the Marketing department with market insights, research and sales data analysis to enable future marketing strategies
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify product improvements to draw actionable insights for decision making
  • Actively network, prospect and maintain strong relationships with our corporate clients
  • Engage in sales as and when required
  • Create and maintain service levels and implementing SOPs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in business development or account management.
  • Proven track record to build and maintain business relationships
  • Good planning skills, with a knack for attention to detail
  • Good sales intuition - you know what product features to list in order to make the product sell
  • Experience with selling furniture, or premium brands
  • A self-starter who possesses strong entrepreneurial spirit and confident in value creation
