The Sea Management Associate Program (MAP) is Sea’s flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to make a difference with technology and become future industry leaders. Under the Sea MAP, you will get to choose a track where you want to become a leader: Finance, Garena, or Shopee.

Each track will be a 2-year program that consists of 4 rotations that are each 6 months long — providing you with in-depth and diverse exposure across the departments. You will drive critical projects, work with diverse regional teams, and receive direct guidance from the senior management team.

Finance

Sail with Sea for an unconventional finance career.
As a Management Associate under the Finance track, you will go through a 2-year accelerated program designed for aspiring finance and accounting talents who are looking to stand out from your peers and get a headstart in an unconventional career. You will have the opportunity to work with like-minded team members in a fast-paced environment that will continuously challenge and grow your abilities in accounting.

As a Management Associate under the Shopee track, you will go through a 2-year program consisting of four 6-month local and overseas rotations, designed for highly enthusiastic and ambitious young talents. Take on a multitude of responsibilities to drive Shopee’s critical projects and be involved in Shopee rapid expansion across the region!

Who are We Looking For?

We are looking for driven talents who are passionate about starting an accelerated and meaningful career in Finance, Garena or Shopee. We especially value talents with high levels of resilience, adaptability and interest in the internet industry.

You should possess the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline (For Finance Track, a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred)
Outstanding fresh graduates from recognised universities or recent graduates with less than 2 years of working experience
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills to manage complex and high visibility projects
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with stakeholders from all levels
High energy, self-motivation & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
