Scopely’s Senior Product Manager Performance will lead the planning and execution of live operations (events, sales and new game content) for one of Scopely’s newest games in development. The role is responsible for building and executing the live ops calendar to maximize long-term value, revenues and other key performance indicators of the game. You will collaborate with all areas of the business including other product managers, game designers, developers, customer relations, quality assurance, art, and analytics.
What you will do:
Build a comprehensive strategy and detailed plan for events, sales and new game content that will maximize long-term customer value
Design and write requirements for new events, sales and new game content in collaboration with game design and UI/UX
Own and manage the implementation of events (concept, requirements, asset management, configuration, balancing, testing, messaging & execution)
Analyze the performance of events and sales and their impact on KPIs and game health to inform iterations and optimizations
Design and implement A/B tests to optimize live events and sales
Oversee and manage the work of Live Operations Managers and supporting teams for creating and implementing events
What you need:
Minimum 2 years experience in product management, preferably for a mobile gaming company
Passion for mobile games
Ability to think strategically and creatively to build a compelling long-term events and sales calendar
Ability to empathize with players and build events and sales that cater to their needs
Strong analytical abilities - able to undertake analysis to understand if an event is successful, and use that analysis to make improvements for future events
Strong communication skills
Detail oriented and fast learner
Proficiency with Excel, experience using SQL and Tableau a plus
