Our central platform team is in search of Sr. Project Managers/Sr. Producers to join our Playgami Team. Working very closely with the product leader, this new team member will facilitate the timely execution of the development roadmap of one of our product lines (Multiplatform, Data Infrastructure, and Developer Studio). In addition to development milestones, producers help our game studios successfully adopt new features and capabilities after those are released.

Playgami is Scopely’s internal SaaS B2B platform for games. It offers the tools that help operate our multiplatform games, supports millions of users playing our games daily, and processes the huge amount of data they generate. You’ll join a great team of inner-motivated, ambitious individuals from diverse disciplines and backgrounds who strive to create the world’s best products for game production, operations, and insights while having fun at the same time.

You will join an amazing team that is building tools that help operate some TOP50 mobile games as well as some more coming in other platforms such as web and PC.

You must have the ability to lead through influence and successfully engage at both the executive and individual contributor levels. You bring strategic thinking, strong quantitative skills, and sound business judgment, along with the ability to advance Scopely’s strategic and tactical objectives.

Reporting to the GM, you will also be part of the larger Playgami Production organization which is led by our Playgami Executive Producer.

Location:

Playgami project is based in Barcelona, but we are happy to hire candidates who will be working remotely from any other city in Spain, UK or Ireland.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with the Product and Engineering leaders in defining an ambitious roadmap.
  • Anticipate development bottlenecks and product inconsistencies, and lead involve teams through finding solutions.
  • Creatively solve problems to reduce burden on the game studios and maximize the team performance.
  • Lead our Product and Engineering teams into creating a culture of great forward-looking team performance.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the product integration lifecycle for your customers
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to manage and deliver technical integration
  • Improve integration playbooks to drive continuous learning and tactical effectiveness
  • Build strong relationships with playgami stakeholders, game studio executives and team members, and tech leads
  • Prepare and facilitate executive status reports to align on progress, risks, and dependencies

What You Will Need:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience as a project manager, program manager, or producer
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with senior executives, and the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid decision-making
  • You are a strong influencer, able to work with diverse groups and drive alignment towards a common goal
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional peers and engage executives through influence in lieu of authority
