We are looking for an exceptional Product Designer for our Scrabble team building and growing our web game and platform. This role will be a key member of the product development team, being involved in every aspect of the process, from ideation to implementation. We are looking for a hands-on product designer who is willing to use their well-rounded product design toolkit to elevate our product. When you join our growing team, you can expect to own your work from ideation and product definition through production deployment and continued feature maturation.

This is a full-time position based in Barcelona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the web product with UX/UI guidance and product designs (wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, prototypes.)
Produce high-quality web design deliverables, incorporating high standards for usability and simplicity, that communicate design solutions.
Own and communicate the user experience by designing, documenting, and evangelizing a cohesive set of design principles, patterns, and guidelines.
Be a knowledgeable designer in the areas of web design, complex user flows, and user research
Work hand in hand with team leads and product managers to produce and deliver designs that drive business impact and growth
Supplement the product manager in design and as well as assist in ideation
Ability to work with engineers in continuous feedback loops
Facilitate user research to understand users and feedback into a compelling product vision

What you will bring along:

Excellent communication skills. (office and company language is English)
3+ years experience in product, graphic, and interaction design.
Must show strong skills in designing and visualizing with data.
Must have a solid grasp of web services and application design.
Knowledge in screen layouts, final production art, UI flow modeling, information design, typography, color, composition, and UI specifications.
Proficiency in Figma and Sketch3
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to defend design decisions.
Strong user-focused, problem-solving skills.
