Scopely's Los Angeles office is searching for an experienced Live Ops Manager to join the team.

What you will do:

  • Design, strategize, execute events within games based on data to drive engagement and monetization
  • Collaborate with the Game Design and other cross-functional teams team to ensure engaging new content and events are delivered to the highest quality
  • Ensure players find value in participating in events by tuning events based on data and testing to create a deep gameplay experience for our players
  • Design, implement, and evaluate experiments to test hypothesis around live events to improve engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Drive engagement through the analysis of the in-game economy and other data metrics via reporting tools
  • Track and measure events performance in relation to sales, features, tests, and results in order to evaluate the performance of new events, features and game content
  • Supporting the development team in executing and rolling out new features

What you will need:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Live Operations experience is preferred, but we are open to other business-focused disciplines (marketing, product, design) within the industry.
  • Some experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, CRM tools etc.
