We are in search of a Live Ops Configuration Manager to join one of our development teams in Barcelona.
In this role, you will manage the actual Live Operations content we deliver to our players and help drive performance of a very popular game franchise that is growing year after year. If you want to participate in the future of Scopely, we would love to hear from you!
What you will do:
- Integrate all LiveOps content using the LiveOps asset pipelines and tools
- Configure the event and test it in the different environments
- Exploratory testing for combinations of configurable features and content
- Coordinate with outsourced testing, in collaboration with the QA Lead
- Monitor the launch and end of events in European time, making sure they perform as expected, and players receive the intended user experience and rewards
- Understand, report and drive resolution of content/configuration-related live issues
- Collaborate with all relevant functional areas on our team
- Propose process improvements, tools and systems that allow for the Live Ops team to run more efficiently
What you will need:
- Experience with configuring or testing software
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, running live ops, and have the drive to solve problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactivity to help improve our processes and tools
- Positive and collaborative, open to change, no ego attitude and ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Outstanding organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to focus on your task at hand
Nice to have:
- Track record of delivering market leading KPIs driven through live operations
- Experience with mobile development, live F2P games in particular
