Do you have a desire to work for a dynamic, fast-growing company that is creating a foothold in mobile game publishing? If so, we are actively seeking a talented and experienced technical project manager to oversee a wide variety of IT projects, derived from mergers and acquisitions and facilities operations. This role is responsible for delivering successful project outcomes, project dashboards and reports, and overseeing cross-functional teams of technical leads, business stakeholders, and vendors.

What you will do

  • Lead IT integrations projects, from concept through planning, execution, delivery, and adoption.
  • Manage various technical projects stemming from company acquisitions, investment deals, and office build-outs. (i.e. email migrations, Jira/Confluence migrations, Slack migrations, HR system integration, Implement new or upgrade network, contracts and licenses conversion, office expansions and build-outs, )
  • Manage project key milestones, timelines, dependencies, decisions, and constraints.
  • Communicate with stakeholders through various mediums
  • Develop a variety of plans (schedules, risk, cost, contingency) and manage resources to execute those plans
  • Gathers and documents functional and technical requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and the merger and acquisition core integrations team and the facilities operations team.
  • Proactively facilitates, supports, and mentors the daily efforts of regular staff as well as project contractors and vendors
  • Create standardized documentation for projects including project charters, project plans, work breakdown estimates, and status reports
  • Improve project quality and throughput by leveraging best practices, metrics, lessons learned, and stakeholder feedback

What you will need

  • 6+ years project and program management experience
  • Mastery of milestone planning, process mapping, quality control, change management, use cases, scenario management, and brainstorming
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments while delivering multiple projects
  • Technical aptitude to effectively communicate with IT and Information Security team members
  • Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen
  • Global / International experience
  • Ability to accelerate decision making when needed
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills especially with team and relationship building
  • Experience with Keynote, Powerpoint, or Google Slides; Modelling/diagramming: such as Lucidcharts; Project Management: such as Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheets
  • Bachelor degree in a related field or relevant work experience

Nice to Have

  • Project Management certification (PMP, pgMP, pfMP, PMI-ACP)
  • Master Degree in a related field
