We are looking for an IT Administrator with Mac and PC experience to join our Information Technology & Security Team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Track, resolve, and communicate the status of client open tickets to customers
  • On-Boarding and Off-Boarding of employees. Remote deployments of PC’s and Mac’s
  • Hands-on support for all levels of hardware and software troubleshooting, triaging and issue resolution including network connectivity both wired and wireless, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Cloud Identity integration and SSO management using Okta
  • Device lifecycle management including procurement, provisioning, deployment, maintenance and deprovisioning.
  • Device configuration and policy management using JAMF, JumpCloud, and Ninja
  • Understanding of industry standard security best practices with a specific focus on data integrity and malware protection for workstations
  • Implement, configure and manage SaaS tools such as Jira, GSuite, Jumpcloud.
  • Management of vendor and supplier relationships
  • Support our AV/VC platform (Zoom)
  • Maintain and manage software and hardware inventory
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist with administrative and other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Information Systems, Technology, or other applicable area.
  • 3-5 years experience with IT help desk within a development organization, experience with client support in video game development is a plus
  • Expert communication skills in both written and verbal forms, including proper phone etiquette and ability to provide support to varying levels of users from both technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated able to complete tasks independently
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Possess and maintains strong knowledge of Microsoft and Apple platforms including (but not limited to) operating systems, software, imaging, and management
  • Good organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple priorities and time constraints related to system support, upgrades and implementations
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk)
  • Knowledge of Jamf and software packaging required
  • JAMF CCA, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, or VCP certifications are a plus
