Director, US Total Rewards & People Operations, based in our Los Angeles office, you will be a key member of our HR Team reporting to the VP, Human Resources, and will manage US Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Compliance.

What you will do:

  • Leads the management, and administration of base and company bonus compensation plans including semi-annual salary planning, and salary structures;
  • Manages executive compensation programs including tracking of achievement measures, drafting plan documents and overall administration of programs;
  • Reviews compensation practices and makes recommendations to establish a compliant framework and consistent approach. Oversees job catalog and guidelines to ensure maintenance of classifications and structure;
  • Leads the development and the delivery of workforce analytics, reports and dashboards that support organizational strategy;
  • Oversees seamless day-to-day execution of US benefit plans. Proactively manages plan changes and understand cost impact to the bottom line.
  • Oversees all aspects of 401K Plan administration and evolution, including Non-Discrimination Testing, annual audit, Committee meetings, relationships with third-party vendors and long-term strategy;
  • Manages our integrated leave of absence programs and serves as subject matter expert and primary point of contact for leave administration (e.g. FMLA, ADA, and Workers Compensation);
  • Own definition and delivery of HRIS Technology roadmap, through consultation with stakeholders and expertise in the delivery of system, wins;
  • Leads the creation, documentation, and implementation of our US handbook including policies, programs, and processes;
  • Oversees the onboarding program for our new hires and contractors, as well as off-boarding for those that depart;
  • Works with the team to ensure accurate and timely US payroll processing.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in US Total Rewards with 5+ years of management experience.
  • Experience working with startups or a fast-paced environment required.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging Employment Laws preferred.
  • Experience working with ADP Payroll, and ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and partner with leaders, managers, and people across the organization.
  • Have great attention to detail and the ability to work confidentially and install confidence in those you are working with.
