PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

We are looking for a creative marketing specialist who is a data-driven to support Global Employer Branding initiatives, programs, and sponsorships that help to attract qualified candidates to SAP.

The role will be supporting the team in day-to-day efforts of attracting the right talent to SAP via key sponsorships that include esports and professional darts as well as social media/digital efforts. Looking for specialist to be proactive, innovative, organized, and collaborative in finding ways to create a positive lasting impression on talent.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Support day-to-day sponsorship activities for key Employer Brand related sponsorships including; eSports and Professional Darts
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including sponsorship activities, career site, Life at SAP social channels, virtual events, etc.)
  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls to action, and content used to send emails. And measure results and optimize workflow by developing documentations and roadmaps for processes (A/B tests, promotions, etc.)
  • Grow new candidate leads, including qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, Career site, Talent community, and applications.
  • Work with team to establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our activity turns into candidates, and continually refine our process to convert quality candidates.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in email marketing preferred (lead nurturing, automation, analytics) with knowledge of CAN SPAM Act
  • Knowledge of RMK/RCM (SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suites)
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Background and knowledge in E-sports and Darts is preferred
  • Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
