Rooster Teeth Productions is looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our team in Austin, TX! The ideal candidate will have a passion for online shopping, merchandising, and the customer’s buying experience from entering an online store, to receiving their package. This candidate is curious, motivated and results oriented - is outgoing and invigorated by a fast paced environment and has a robust knowledge of eCommerce principals and the digital landscape. Has a proven track record of initiating and completing eCommerce projects large and small efficiently, are extremely detail-oriented, and possesses the ability to think outside-the-box to identify and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization. This role will also collaborate heavily with our marketing and design teams, so experience in marketing is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Driving the growth and evolution of the Rooster Teeth Store, including visual and functional updates
  • Identify and implement tools to improve upon key eCommerce metrics, including conversion, average order value, and store traffic
  • Managing product presentation across multiple stores
  • Utilizing merchandising tools to optimize site experience for demand generation
  • Analyzing data to understand product performance and customer interaction with categories and products
  • Writing or overseeing product copy and oversees the creation of all product pages
  • Plans and oversees the launch of all products and regular site updates, and prepares the launch strategy for each alongside our marketing team
  • Managing product content across partner sites, when applicable
  • Manage SEO, conduct keyword research to guide content creation, identify technical SEO issues.
  • Monitor web metrics daily and take guided action on any trends you observe.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of eCommerce Merchandising experience
  • Experienced with Shopify or other relevant eCommerce platforms
  • A proven track record of attention to detail, meeting strict & competing deadlines, and of overall workplace excellence and success
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to identify and solve for business needs and problems
  • Data analysis experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Proficient in Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel when needed
  • Experience selling on third-party marketplaces is a plus
