Austin-based entertainment and media company Rooster Teeth is looking for a highly motivated Business Development And Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate would have a passion for and knowledge of digital entertainment including YouTube, podcasts, live streamed content, social media, pop-culture, gaming, and live events. The candidate would also have a proven track record of personal and professional growth, excels in a self-managed, work-from-home environment, is highly organized and has strong written communication and phone skills.

The Business Development & Sales Coordinator position is a cross-departmental role with a diverse set of responsibilities but the unifying goal of aiding the sales team in developing new sales revenue. This position reports directly to the SVP of Sales and Business Development.

*In this climate of constant change, candidates must be able to work and telecommunicate from home, as well as be able to work onsite if/when that becomes an option.*

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new sales leads from LinkedIn, Magellan, and other industry resources that identify brands and agencies with active digital media budgets
  • Preparing and updating sales decks, pricing lists, one-sheets, and other materials for use by the sales and partnerships teams
  • Producing case studies from successful campaigns
  • \Working with talent / partnership teams to gather and build out robust audience data on each show
  • Weekly competitor intelligence reporting (research and reporting on advertisers spending with our competitors)
  • Support in up-sales and add-on sales for existing clients

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years relevant experience in a sales, marketing or partnership management role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience preferred
  • Knowledge of YouTube landscape and podcasting
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide strategic recommendations
  • Work and cross-function with sales, business development, and account teams when applicable
  • Highly organized and goal oriented
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous projects
