Job Description
- You will work closely with other team members to develop game system and user experience that push the boundaries of innovative design,
- You will build features from scratch, iterate according to the analytics data and improve your design through the life cycle of the game,
- Research: Deconstruct systems and features in existing games,
- Build: Write the documentation of various game features, user flows and wireframe prototypes,
- Collaborate: Work closely with Product Manager and the team to define the design direction,
- Analyze: Interpret analytics and create actionable plans for the purposes of improving various KPIs,
- Optimize: Tune and balance Game Economy and other game systems,
- Determine: Identify opportunities for improvements to existing game systems,
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Game Design, Design or related degrees;
- Previous experience in Casual mobile gaming genre is a big plus,
- Have at least 2+ digital game projects level designing experience;
- Good knowledge in Unity engine is preferred;
- Experience in analytics;
- Passionate about playing and creating games.
