Rollic is now searching for it’s Community Manager.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for customer success management of Rollic’s released titles by ensuring the awareness of customer feedbacks within the company, and taking lead to follow the next steps of relevant feedbacks or solutions.
  • Analyzing feeedbacks and producing shareable insight reports.
  • Responsible for creating and operating the communication strategy for Rollic’s game community.
  • Creating written content with the aim of educating the community through blog posts on Rollic’s released titles and company know-how.
  • Working closely with the brand team to ensure of the brand guidelines and contribute to the marketing communication strategy.

Skills:

  • New Grads, 1 year experience.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Content creation ability and good use of written language.
  • Creativity.
