Rocksteady Studios is looking to add to its family of fixed-term staff. We are looking for an exceptionally talented Senior QA Tester who is ready for the challenge of working towards our next 90+ Metacritic title ‘Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League’.
You will get the opportunity to become a testing owner on one of our key features, so presents a unique opportunity to shape and deliver the testing process of one of Rocksteady’s titles.
Key Responsibilities
- Become the QA Expert for your feature by owning, managing & regularly executing test cases throughout the project life cycle. This includes documenting testing practices, QA process & reporting methods.
- Ensure that all issues & bugs are reported in an efficient & informative manner, keeping with the extremely high standard expected by Rocksteady.
- Actively participate in test requirement gathering with developers to ensure QA effectively tests & supports all features of the project.
- Train & manage internal/external testing teams on project testing requirements to improve upon their performance & maintain high testing standards.
- Provide suggestions for improvements in testing strategies & processes.
- Communicate to all levels of staff within the Rocksteady team verbally & via effective high-quality
Requirements
- Knowledge of XRs & TRCs.
- Bug database management & maintenance experience.
- Previous experience in a Senior Testing position on a AAA Game title within a Development team as a testing owner of a key feature
- Proven experience of leading a team directly & creating high-quality output as an individual as well as motivating both internal and external testing teams.
