We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior RPG Designer who is ready for the challenge of bringing the Suicide Squad to life in our upcoming multiplayer AAA title on next generation platforms.

Job

  • As a member of the RPG design team, you will work on feature design, along with balancing features, to ensure they’re fun and deliver on the intended direction.

The Daily

  • Your work will include maintaining and keeping design documentation up-to-date and keeping other teams current on changes to the features you are working on.
  • You will work diligently with the rest of the RPG design team to ensure that the design goals for our features shine through in the game.
  • As you will work closely with the RPG code team, you will be expected to include them in your design process, review and improve the features being developed and be a source of creativity, positivity and enthusiasm.
  • You should be a positive, proactive, and contributing team member, both within the team and across the studio.

The Essentials

  • Be able to write structured and easy-to-understand design documentation.
  • Love bullet points.
  • Have a penchant for correcting inconsistencies
  • Have a not-so-secret crush on all kinds of RPG systems.
  • Love video games.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine and/or Unity.

The Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with UE4 blueprints or similar tools.
