Rockstar Games is seeking Production Support for our Security team at our New York City headquarters. This role will support our Security team in many different areas, including organizing workflows, maintaining development schedules, documentation, bug tracking, and product implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, stay cool while working under pressure, and be passionate about building security initiatives for some of the largest projects in the games industry.

What We Do

  • The Rockstar Security team is responsible for protecting our players, employees and intellectual property.
  • We support all Rockstar titles including Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption from malicious actors and threats.
  • We work closely with many teams on enforcing and supporting the security of our games and platform.

Responsibilities

  • Support the security production team in the development of workflows, bug triage, roadmaps and multi project updates.
  • Assist in sprint planning and conducting scrum meetings with development teams.
  • Work with production and development leads to capture and scope.
  • Set up and document meetings, discussions and calls were appropriate to support development across relevant projects and platforms.
  • Ongoing communication and collaboration with the local and wider production and development support teams.
  • Work to the priorities as set by your designated line manager and/or the Project Producer.
  • Assist in the management of the Security team’s project backlog.
  • Ensure all cross-team work is identified and accounted for in our project tracking tools.
  • Generate reports on project progress and provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of software development and project management processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, project management or related field.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to breakdown technical design documents into ordered tasks.

Skills

  • Adept knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience using project management software such as, Microsoft Project, Jira, Hansoft, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.
