Rockstar Games is seeking a passionate Marketing & Communications Coordinator who possesses a passion for both Marketing and Communications. This is a full-time position based out of Take-Two Interactive Benelux, in the Hague, the Netherlands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the local Director, Publishing in planning communication strategies for each product.
Work with the Director, Publishing (Other EMEA) in planning communication strategies for each product.
Work closely with Global Community team to monitor and facilitate global strategies on a local level.
Research and identify key market segments and provide relevant reports and analyses (competitor analyses, risk analyses, etc.).
Effective use of internal and external creative recourses to develop high- impact assets.
Deliver accurate assets in a timely manner ensuring all necessary approvals are received.
Maintain strong relationships with press and other relevant partners.
Confidently demonstrate games for retail, trade, and press as required.
Monitor, analyze, and forecast performance of all products.
Contribute to monitoring the planning and budgeting.
Track third-party suppliers and agencies where required.
Proactively seek and develop improved communication strategies both internal and externally.
Ensure weekly and monthly agency reports are delivered on time, and met with the high levels of quality.
QUALIFICATIONS
Hold a degree in marketing and/or communications.
Able to build and maintain good working relationships and communication channels.
A working understanding of business operations and processes.
A willingness to remain up-to-date regarding the latest industry developments.
Solid computer skills, including knowledge of relevant software programs and tools, such as analytics tools.
Excellent grammar and spelling skills.
SKILLS
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in recording and reporting.
Industry knowledge (in practice and base level technically).
High level of oral and written communication in English and Dutch.
Strong organisational ability.
Ability to assimilate and interpret data.
Presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Budget management ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines.
Team player with great people skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external parties.
Proactive and self-motivated — a good problem solver able to work well under pressure.
Creative and passionate.
IT literacy — a fast learner able to pick-up new technology and systems.
PLUSES

Oral and written communication in French.
Experience with Content Management Systems and basic HTML.
