Rockstar Games is seeking a Partnerships Marketing professional to join the Marketing Department at our Manhattan, NYC studios.

This role will be responsible for managing Rockstar’s partner marketing campaigns. Developing and executing well-orchestrated and data driven partner marketing is a rapidly developing discipline, so the ideal candidate is bringing the knowledge and expertise from a mature performance-based marketing or product discipline to help to shape the development of this high value vertical. The role requires taking disparate marketing and reporting capabilities across various Rockstar partners to form cohesive campaigns that derive high value from each partner and are also cohesive with our larger marketing efforts.

WHAT WE DO

  • The Rockstar Games Publishing Team develops and executes all go-to-market campaigns and persistent Online games programming across Rockstar Games’ suite of titles.
  • We are responsible for leading the strategic planning and creative execution for all facets of promoting and selling our titles including creative video and static asset development, product packaging, social media, events, partnerships, promotions, retail and much more.
  • We are the key gatekeepers of the Rockstar Games brand, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered across all channels and overseeing all extensions of the Rockstar Games brand through all consumer touchpoints.
  • We work closely with teams across all of publishing and the worldwide development studios to ensure seamless execution of plans internally, in our game titles and across the world, including the always on marketing of our Online game titles, Grand Theft Auto Online and Red Dead Online.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop unique User Acquisition and Retention strategies with our Retail & Game Platform Partners.
  • Manage and supplement day-to-day marketing presence with Retail & Game Platform Partners.
  • Work alongside Product and Live Service Marketing to ensure our partners are amplifying our messaging and creative as best as possible (contextually and frequently).
  • Help Commercial & Partner Leadership communicate our plans and strategies to other internal stakeholders.
  • Track campaign metrics/performance – both internal and external partners and surface learnings to help build our best practices.
  • Establish accountability across multiple stakeholders to ensure that our campaigns are constantly optimized to drive success.
  • Assist in developing processes, standards, and tools for partner marketing support globally.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ Years of Marketing, Product Management and/or Business Partnership experience.
  • Excellent input on strategy and a clear POV on creative work.
  • Strong track record of building Direct to Consumer relationships and increasing booked revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage insights and analytics to set strategy.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and drive results.
  • Ability to track promotional performance, analyze data and package up for executives.
  • Experienced in building and managing marketing plans with strategic partners.
  • Proven track record of implementing or revamping global processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
  • Should bring a love of solving strategic business challenges with creative solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A selfless, collaborative senior professional who will naturally go beyond roles and titles to get great work done.
  • Capable of being impactful without the support of a large team of direct reports.

PLUSES

  • Preferred experience in D2C / E-Comm Marketing.
  • Experience in partnerships, entertainment and/or tech.
  • Experience at or working with a Game Platform holder (Sony, Microsoft, Steam, etc.).

  • A love of video games, film, and entertainment.
