The Tiger Team is an agile team of sourcers and recruiters that work across the business on the highest priority roles and company initiatives. This team is being built from the ground up and will be deployed to partner with leaders in all roles. This could include tackling new acquisitions, staffing hiring surges, addressing essential attrition, and solving other hiring challenges across Roblox.
The Recruiting Team at Roblox is looking for a Technical Sourcer to identify and assess qualified candidates through partnerships with our Recruiters and Hiring Teams.
You Will:
- Partner with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements of open positions
- Develop strategies to hire high-priority roles across Roblox
- Run searches and engage with passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels
- Build talent pipelines for multiple job requisitions at any given time
You Have:
- 3+ years technical sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team and engaging passive candidates.
- Experience running searches with multiple sourcing channels
- High-volume sourcing both quality and quantity of candidates
- You excel in an always evolving environment while, at the same time, helping us build processes, programs and infrastructure
