You Will:

• Responsible for leading cross-functional teams of business and technical leaders to deliver impactful results at Luobu speed.
• Fully invested in the ongoing projects, able to wrap your head around complex projects with inter-dependencies that impacts different teams. Able to sort through all aspects.
• Engineering-focused. Understands engineering details.
• Coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders, including outside 3rd parties,vendors and business units;
• Escalate and track impediments, but also manage risks and dependencies;
• Think different, but still deliver sustainable and innovative solutions;
• Working knowledge with analytical problem-solving methodologies and programs.

You Are:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or similar disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years' experience with project management for software products;
• Strong Communication and stakeholder management skills with excellent negotiation skills;
• Strong knowledge of distributed-system is a plus;
• Exposure to cloud / infrastructure for projects is a plus;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proactive, independent and open-minded quick-learner.
