As the Sr Technical Support Manager for the Developer Relations team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our creator community, providing technical support and resources to address their concerns and needs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our creator emergency systems and working closely with cross-functional teams across the company to ensure that our key partners have the support they need to thrive. By building strong, collaborative relationships and encouraging open communication, you will be our voice and help our creators succeed.
Role is based in our San Mateo, CA office in a hybrid model #LI-Onsite
Manage our creator emergency system, including weekends and holidays, with time off and a flexible work schedule to ensure emergencies are covered.
Lead a team of contractors responsible for escalating and addressing top creator concerns.
Communicate with senior leadership and senior technical engineers during creator emergencies.
Set team goals, monitor progress and conversation trends with internal stakeholders.
Partner with data scientists, product, engineering and leaders across the company.
Become the voice of your partners, identifying and quantifying the important action items to improve our product.
Communicate risk factors to stakeholders during emergencies and make difficult decisions.
Share reports to reflect the impact of your work with the company.
Experienced with using Roblox Studio or another game development engine. (eg. Unity or Unreal)
6+ years of experience in technical project management.
A researcher with a unique skill set to quickly ramp up and understand your target audience needs.
Motivated by teamwork, naturally encourages people to work together.
Able to lead by example, building a clear high-level strategy and holding yourself and others accountable to the long-term company vision.
Data and feedback driven, your decisions are inspired by the product usage, the users' qualitative insights, and your expertise.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
