Marketing Manager, Employer Brand and Digital Civility

As a Roblox engineer, you will have real ownership and impact across one or more of these domains.

As the Marketing Manager of employer brand and digital civility you will elevate and amplify the Roblox corporate messages and our employee value proposition. You will own the design, development, deployment and optimization of our corporate social media presence as well as create and manage ongoing nurture and engagement strategies. You will share the Roblox story and employee perspectives through our various channels and be a steward of the Roblox brand.

You Are

  • Experienced Marketer with 5+ years of experience directly building out campaigns, optimizing and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and use data and KPIs to ensure effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Experience distributing content through multiple channels, including paid and organic social
  • Ability to create concepts in partnership with creative as well as story lines and associated copy
  • Experience creating and executing social media strategies
  • Strong project management collaboration skills with cross functional teams
  • Experience working with content management systems

You Will

  • Develop, plan, and execute employer brand and digital civility programs in partnership with TA, People Partners, DEI leadership, Marketing, Creative, and Communications.
  • Utilize social media, web, and other marketing channels to attract talent and share our stories to build awareness and diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Oversee our social media presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and others
  • Work with creative to develop assets highlighting life at Roblox including static collateral, videos, marketing copy, digital assets, landing pages and more.
  • Explore and test new channels/partners for acquiring talent.
  • Support ERG’s and employee programs, ensuring our people team and leaders are equipped to shape great experiences at Roblox.
