Lead and own the design and delivery of high-touch, interactive manager development programs to support and mature our growing population of people leaders.
Partner with executive leaders to ensure alignment of programs, clarity of execution and broad adoption of offerings
Understand the unique needs of leaders at different levels of their careers and design experiences that are relevant, contextual, and timely.
Host manager communities in cohorts to support learning outside the classroom
Serve as an internal coach for people leaders to help them get unstuck from their most challenging situations and design a way forward with intention and care.
Ensure that Roblox principles and values are thoroughly integrated into all experiences.
Report to Head of Learning & Development
An experienced L&D practitioner with 8+ years in a learning and development or human resources partner role at a large, corporate environment, designing and facilitating learning experiences, partnering with leadership to identify behavioral change opportunities, and evaluating results.
Experienced at working with highly technical talent with the ability to focus on not-so-soft skills to facilitate rapid behavioral change.
A deep subject matter expert in adult learning theory and the ability to recommend and implement learning solutions.
A coach by nature who gets energy from tackling 1:1 growth opportunities with leaders
A designer at heart, who thinks outside the slide deck to create experiences that surprise, delight, challenge, and inspire.
An outstanding facilitator with polished communication skills.
A leader with the ability to motivate, influence and impress effectively at all experience levels
Able to flourish in an environment of constant change.
Master’s degree or equivalent experience
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
