The Head of Branded Experiences Marketing will lead a growing team that builds and executes some of the most high profile and high impact marketing campaigns. This team will work to promote both the creator and branded sides of our business and partnerships. You will partner very closely with the Partnership leadership team to bring to life music, entertainment, and branded content leveraging the Roblox Platform. You will also be responsible for scaling marketing branded support, driving education, and building content for our Partnerships website.

As the lead of these teams, you will work with senior leaders across the marketing and content teams to bring the incredible content to life. We are looking for deep experience in campaign marketing - ranging from strategic inputs and clear consumer insights through to detailed campaign planning and measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Build a team to drive integrated campaigns and marketing strategy by vertical (music, etc)
  • Lead relationships with the partnerships leadership team and success partnering closely with all marketing counterparts to drive impact.
  • Develop and library of content for marketing purposes tied to exceptional experiences on Roblox
  • Create case studies and guides for our Partnerships site.
  • Codify guidelines for our various types of partnerships and marketing support.
  • Build deep insights into how our partnership experiences impact the Roblox brand
  • Oversee all creative from partnerships
  • Lead all licensing marketing efforts and partner closely with the licensing team.
  • Work with our Content and Product organizations to bridge the gap between marketing support, product capabilities, and impact.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ or more years of successful experience as a marketing executive
  • Experience building and leading teams
  • Deep experience building marketing strategies and plans from the ground up, including digital campaigns
  • An established history of marketing measurement including brand and performance media
  • Leader in all forms of content and influence in scaling marketing and programs
