You Are:

  • Skilled in maintaining confidential information and being discrete
  • An effective communicator, and a proactive project manager
  • Cool and collected when working with tight deadlines
  • Review and edit details for accuracy
  • Able to organize own work and comfortable with ambiguous assignments
  • Have knowledge of technical tools with an ability to decipher Engineering/Technical jargon
  • You are interested and motivated to learn new ways of completing tasks and processes
  • Familiarity with keeping and maintaining confidential information
  • Partner across multiple teams throughout our organization
  • Passionate about our technology and new ideas
  • Excited to work using Roblox values
  • Team-oriented, willingness to "pitch-in" when needed and establish relationships throughout the organization

You Will:

  • Report directly to multiple Engineering VPs within our organization
  • Manage heavy calendaring, while organizing commitments in a manner that promotes efficiency
  • Help implement and track events that support company's programs
  • Be a team player and gatekeeper to executives
  • Draft and edit presentations
  • Draft and maintain organizational communications: Confluence pages, organizational charts, meeting notes and other internal documents
  • Execute team and offsite events
  • Create and submit expense reports
  • Work hybrid weekly at our San Mateo headquarters
