As Program Manager, you'll own end-to-end project delivery that spans the development of civility and safety education programs, content creation in all creative forms, all while coordinating with internal teams and our global civility partners.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience delivering creative, impactful, high-quality programs, expertise in streamlining and managing administrative processes, and developing, trusted relationships. Our Civility team is a core contributor to making Roblox a civil and safe platform for all.

This role is full-time and located at our headquarters in San Mateo, California.

You Will:

  • Play an important role in our civility team and contribute in coming up with creative ideas and programs to drive impact and move us closer to our vision of being the gold standard in safety and civility.

  • Manage programs from beginning to completion and help to improve processes.

  • Plan and execute programs and monitoring progress, resolving issues, and making the program a success.

  • Act as a point of contact for external partners, overseeing SOWs, contracts, and overall partner programs.

  • Contribute to and manage our research database which focuses on civility and safety trends that serves as a resource for Roblox teams.

  • Produce all forms of safety/civility education content from podcasts, webinars, physical and virtual events, collateral material, and more.

  • Curate a civility monthly newsletter that educates the company on civility and safety trends, competitive announcements, and activities.

  • Help scope and build a world-class safety and civility microsite.

You Have:

  • Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree

  • Intense passion to make Roblox and the next iteration of the internet a civil place where people feel safe and empowered

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end program management across multiple functions preferably in the tech industry

  • Experience with program management practices, tools, and methodology

  • Experience working with creative and web teams to communicate project goals and the creative brief

  • Experience working with global teams with the flexibility to support meetings across different international time zones.

  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
