The Business Development Manager will report to the Senior Director of Business Development but will work in close collaboration with other members of the business development team. The position's focus will be to grow main Roblox partnerships within the App Store and Strategic Partnerships vertical.

You Will:

  • Lead ongoing weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with key partners, to establish strategic plans, evaluate new business opportunities, and support our teams whenever and wherever necessary.

  • Provide weekly and monthly business updates to relevant business development team members

  • Collaborate with multiple internal Roblox teams to help support key strategic programs and implement incremental opportunities across relevant partners.

  • Provide best-in-class project management tied to all partner related campaigns/activities – build and submit project kick-off briefs including both internal stakeholders and external partners, maintain a clear and detailed project plan that tracks deliverables, milestones, and important status updates, and serve as a leader throughout the entire process to ensure that each project is accomplished from beginning to end.

You Have:

  • 3 – 5+ years working in a business development, partnership or equivalent function role

  • Proven success and stellar follow through executing highly complex, strategic projects

  • A motivated, extremely detail-oriented approach to your work

  • The ability to proactively create processes to help solve problems and execute efficiently

  • Experience partnering and collaborating with multiple teams (e.g. marketing, product management, engineering)

  • Experience building relationships with a team player attitude, creativity, persuasiveness

  • An energetic approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills: you are willing to dig in and navigate evolving partnerships

  • An analytical and collaborative mindset

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to help manage the needs of multiple partners and projects at the same time

  • A focus on achieving the goals you set out to accomplish for your company as well as the partners you manage
