The China Core Team works closely with teams within the Roblox Engineering Organization including Infrastructure, Platforms, Services and various Products. The China Core Team will not only empower Luobu, Roblox’s China joint venture with Tencent in China, but also support Roblox’s other global initiatives through engineering. This role reports the Engineering Manager.
You Will
- Build cross platform features
- Collaborate between different teams to get things done
- Improve code quality in a performant and testable way
- Be able to identify critical areas that need tests and validation
You Have
- 4 – 10 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in C++, C#, or Java
- Experience in working with highly-scalable systems in a production environment
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (JS, PHP, Python, Lua, etc)
- Solid experience in multithreaded and asynchronous programming
- Solid designing and programming skills
- Collaborative and communicative readiness
