The role:

We feel it’s important to be more than just a gambling site. We love the esports scene and want to continue to be a big part of it by providing exceptional content to fans through our site and other platforms.

As we continue to grow in the region, we will become more involved with influencers, teams, tournaments, and more. The person we hire for this role will act as a representative of Rivalry and communicate on behalf of the brand across multiple channels and work with the team to manage marketing activations in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up our partners streams;
  • Analyze and report on partners team performance to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation;
  • Provide meaningful feedback to the team on the community’s sentiment, concerns, and suggestions;
  • Report regularly on engagement, performance, and other key metrics.
  • Interact with our partners / customers on streams - Answer the FAQ from our customers directly on twitch chat;
  • Work with spotters team to make sure that we’re providing all matches/markets we should;
  • Design and manage community development projects;
  • Talent and influencers good opportunities identification;
  • Act as a representative of Rivalry and communicate on behalf of the brand across multiple channels;
  • Maintains a positive community presence and reputation;
  • Plan, create, and execute competitions, campaigns and events to improve users experience;
  • Help to brainstorm, design and create community and marketing activities;
  • Work with the BR team to manage events in the region.
  • The job holder may be required to complete other reasonable duties in order to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Community Manager;
  • Fluent in Portuguese - BR and English;
  • Creative, proactive and driven;
  • A good communicator, both verbally and in writing;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Able to work weekends;
  • Flexible hours;
  • Highly motivated and driven with experience working remotely;
  • Driven to identify and dominate any and all obstacles in your way;
  • Experience in managing growing gaming communities that involve creating fun, dynamic, relatable, and engaging spaces.;
  • You understand the industry and know how to talk to gaming audiences, stay on top of trends, and be on-point.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to objectively interpret players/community feedback and make actionable recommendations.

Location:

Brazil - You will be expected to work remotely or from home.
