As the Community Marketing Manager at Ritual Motion you will be part of a fast-paced startup in the esports and gaming industry with an opportunity to work with both product and content marketing messages across various social platforms. You will be responsible for drafting and executing the brand’s social media strategy with the main goal of engaging consumers with Ritual Motion’s content and product offerings. Your efforts across our social platforms will reinforce brand identity, increase brand awareness, drive sales conversions and grow our audience. You will own day-to-day management of all social media platforms, including planning, content development, scheduling, posting, analyzing and reporting.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Develop a social media strategy for key platforms aligning with overall marketing and business goals
  • Build monthly content calendars and manage the production of social media content including images, video and messaging
  • Develop social media campaigns to support marketing, product and events initiatives
  • Own day-to-day execution including scheduling and posting across platforms
  • Maintain a brand voice and consistent look and feel across social platforms
  • Create a strategy for ongoing influencer marketing
  • Develop and manage all paid social media amplification efforts
  • Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics reports including insights and recommendations for improving results
  • To be proactive with communications to our Affiliates and Community. This role is the Voice of Ritual Motion to our Community and the Voice of the Community to Ritual Motion.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • 2+ years of previous experience
  • Deep experience with esports and gaming as a participant and viewer
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, Discord, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, new emerging apps, blogs etc.
  • Proven ability to analyze and synthesize social analytics
  • Excellent copywriter with the proven ability to be concise, impactful and clearly convey brand voice
  • Experience with Photoshop or Canva and social media tools. An understanding of streaming would be helpful.
