At Risk Assessment Esports we are currently searching for a young and eager Team recruiter to become a part of our brand new org. We pride ourselves on being a professional amateur org who is ready to take the next step. We want to be at tier 2 across all our games by early 2021. Please within your Cover letter include your motivations and experiences and how you would use those and develop them with us.
- Hire Coaches/Players
- Aid in trailing both coaches and Players
- Stay up to date with teams needs (i.e what players are needed or if coach change is required)
- Experience with interviews
- Know what is required for a good quality coach
- Understand when a player or coach is holding back the team and have a conversation with that person
- Experience and contacts within the Esport sector (ideally Overwatch, League of Legends, CSGO, Valorant, and Apex Legends)
- Proficient English written and verbal skills
- Willing to put between 5-10 hours a week
