Rise Above The Disorder is looking for an Influencer Manager to join our ever-expanding team! Please include a brief cover letter and have a passion for gaming, esports, and Twitch.

Our Cause:

  • Rise Above The Disorder, R.A.D, is a non-profit dedicated to addressing the two greatest barriers to mental health care: access and affordability. Whether you're doing outreach to Twitch Partners who you identify as passionate about mental health, sharing just how impactful a recent fundraiser was with an esports team, or talking to agencies like Evolved, Loaded, or Ader to coordinate talent for an upcoming event, you'll find that your day is filled with incredible people excited about changing the lives of the thousands of gamers in our programs.

Your Compensation:

  • Starting at $35,000 a year, working towards $55,000 based on performance and experience. We also welcome those who max out in their role as an Influencer Manager to move further into our development team with a significant rise in monetary compensation.
  • Commission and bonus structures for those able to onboard brands interested in supporting our cause from an administrative end.
  • To balance the great emotional and often stressful nature of the work, you'll enjoy full access to healthcare, vision, dental, and mental health care benefits. RAD allows many mental health days, provides regular travel to exciting events around the world, and team members will have complimentary access to most major gaming & music events- including LCS seats, E3, DreamHack, Coachella, Bonnaroo, and the like.

  • Staying on top of the latest news, trends, and posts related to gaming, esports, and Twitch; as well as, giving us a voice on these matters with content creators and influencers who reach out for expert advice.
  • Coordinate with our social work team to deliver successful, anonymous impact reports to those who have fundraised for us. This may include sending a stylized report directly to the fundraiser, coordinating social posts to follow, and thanking their community on RAD's behalf.
  • Maintaining regular communication with the various talent agencies who seek to align partners with our efforts, including sending the aforementioned impact reports to them, making asks for upcoming events, doing scheduled check-ins to see if there are partners looking for causes to support, and doing outreach to these agencies with RAD is in critical need of additional support.
