As a Producer on the Teamfight Tactics (TFT) team, you will guide the strategy and delivery of the most exciting new experience within League of Legends - Teamfight Tactics. You will drive product strategy for new iterations of TFT’s personalization experience and associated progression features. You will engage deeply with the community and player data to ensure that the team is delivering maximum value, maintaining a singular focus on providing the best possible player experience. You will also define what success looks like and for building a clear plan for the development team to achieve it. You will report into TFT's lead Producer.


  • Establish the vision for, and lead the creation of, the Teamfight Tactics personalization product roadmap across all support platforms, ensuring that it delivers on the outcomes defined by TFT’s overall strategy

  • Determine product success metrics for Teamfight Tactics personalization and progression, including key performance indicators, business health goals and player sentiment targets

  • Provide product updates to key stakeholders and team members, driving understanding on the current state of the product and progress towards upcoming milestones

  • Assess the Teamfight Tactics team’s maturity, health and composition and ensure the right staff are on the team and working on the right thing

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Production role - deep, practiced knowledge of product strategy and/or product development with expertise in aligning product roadmaps with desired outcomes and KPIs.

  • Experience leading teams or development efforts and have a track record of creating conditions for success.

  • Experience acting as accountable party for efforts with significant initiative- or company-level impacts.

  • Experience with Agile frameworks - managing the priority of team and/or product backlogs and know your way around a product roadmap.

  • You have experience cultivating talent within your team through coaching and mentorship.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience playing TFT and other titles in the autobattler genre, and have a deep understanding of the mode and associated systems

  • You take a holistic systems thinking view of the product development life-cycle and adapt processes accordingly.
