Central Player Support prides itself on delivering solutions across multiple programs. The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of Program Management. The Strategic Program Manager will continue our tradition of success by having the ability to strategize and implement high-level program plans across teams. The Strategic Program Manager will have a talent for project coordination and delegation. The Strategic Program Manager is motivated by the desire to improve productivity and nurture program success from creation to completion.

The Strategic Program Manager will oversee the development of the Player Support Site, internal tool sets, and global Player Support programs.The Strategic Program Manager will assign milestones, develop reporting processes and ensure requirements are met and accomplished across the program. Strategic Program Managers also organize collaboration between the individuals working on the program and important partners.

You will report directly to the Head of Player Support.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Wolf Product Owner to accomplish Wolf’s roadmap and fulfill the mission of Central Player Support.
  • Assess the team's health and composition: striving for cohesion across program delivery.
  • Manage program schedules and workflows, while raising risks, communicating and analyzing trade-offs, and eliminating blockers.
  • Run team rituals and daily meetings while finding ways to improve effectiveness.
  • Ensure each program has the tools and structures to build on solutions.
  • Create transparency and predictability with programs by collaborating on roadmaps, planning, and risk management.
  • Help guide team agreement on decisions and ensure that appropriate resources are employed.
  • Organize conversations with teams and bring resolution to issues.
  • Manage the success of the Player Support Site; which includes running A/B tests, helping inform the strategy to improve success and improve the SEO of the site
  • Investigate and qualify metrics and analytics to make informed decisions and determine project success.
  • Create and own informational status reports for high visibility programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Master Certification.
  • Understanding of multiple project management methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings (virtual or in-person) that are inclusive, engaging.
  • Understand how to guide programs through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • 1+ year of experience in a Customer/Player Support organization.
  • 1+ year of experience managing a support site.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience creating milestones within large-complex programs.
  • Experience in Jira and Structure.

  • Experience managing projects/tasks, program planning, and schedule development.
