As a Senior Manager, Production at Riot, you'll lead a team of accomplished developers and guide efforts to ship creative gameplay systems, features and content. You will lead the team through execution, turning game vision into excellent player experiences. You will contribute substantially to the product strategy and executional excellence of VALORANT. As a Senior Manager, Production on the Research & Development team, you will report to the Production Director and manage sustainable work systems, delivery schedules, and efficient team organization that lead to high team morale and output. You'll partner with team leads to ensure production runs smoothly and produces outstanding content. Most importantly, you'll be a leader for this team, ensuring they have clear goals, direction, and are well suited for the work in front of them.

8+ years industry experience
Have shipped multiple games in a production role
Experience leading teams through feature / content development (planning, execution, delivery, post-release support)
