As a Scheduler for the Talent Acquisition team you will partner with both Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators across the business to help schedule and general logistics management for a myriad of departments. You will be a conduit between internal client teams, hiring managers, and recruiting groups. You will partner with both internal clients and candidates to provide a first-class experience to all. We anticipate that you will work with us to develop relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and your department daily. You will work on a part-time basis (under 30 hours per week) and report directly to a Manager of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly send all candidate facing communications while providing any necessary details to arrange hotels/travel (where necessary).
- Internal logistics including scheduling in Greenhouse, using BardBot, and calendar management for interviewers and candidates
- Provide all scheduling communications and confirmations to both candidates and interviewers
- Communicate with all members of the Talent Acquisition team around candidate scheduling logistics
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant recruiting or HR experience in administrative or coordination capacity
- High degree of data integrity
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion
- Experience building meaningful customer relationships across teams
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Greenhouse or comparable Applicant Tracking Software
- Experience working with G Suite with an emphasis on Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets
