Production Coordinators at Riot work with passionate teams in creating content and incredible experiences for players around the world. By encouraging teams to collaborate, you will guide development, smashing through obstacles and driving projects into players’ hands. You will help concept, provide and improve creative projects at every stage of production.
As a production coordinator for Riot Forge, you will report to their Operations Manager. You will coordinate, and anticipate the needs of the team to ensure we can accomplish our goals and strategy. With a collaborative mindset, you will help bridge communication between the Forge team, our teams, and our external Studio partners. You will manage logistics while simultaneously chasing down anything else that we might miss.
Responsibilities
- Support the team working with the Operations Manager and Head of Riot Forge to ensure the team is set up for success
- Schedule team meetings, calls; handle external communications for the team.
- Prepare and organize meetings while also taking notes of content covered.
- Coordinate weekly reports, monthly team member presentations and quarterly reviews
- Handle logistics and organization of event and offsite needs for the team.
- Organize game play tests and partner reviews
- Book team and external partners travel
- Set up Vendors and ensure payments are made and set up correctly in Coupa
- Organize and review VO recording sessions. Take notes and report on script changes during VO recording sessions.
- Perform general office responsibilities, including ordering supplies and other teams across Riot to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide other administrative support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a production coordinator or office management role
- 3+ years in the entertainment industry such as games, film, TV, or creative production
- Experience setting up vendors, contracts and purchase Orders in tools such as using Coupa
- Experience booking travel and managing expenses using tools such as Concur Solutions
- Experience tracking and managing team tasks and reporting their progress
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the game production life-cycle
