You will operate as a Production Coordinator in Riot's esports Live team. You will oversee the execution of esports shows and ensure their smooth operation. You will be the escalation point for coordinating the resolution of 'live' incidents. You will make sure all the processes are followed correctly and report their progress to the Production team. You will report to the manager of the Live Production team.

The Production Coordinator is an effective communicator that has knowledge of esports and can solve simple live show problems. They are cool under pressure and are able to effectively escalate and drive solutions. As a natural organiser, they are able to formulate reports and facilitate meetings between all departments.

We are looking for someone to join our team for LEC, European Masters and more League of Legends products for 2021. You are available immediately.

Responsibilities:

Create event status reports before and after the shows
Facilitate communication during the shows, keeping stakeholders informed
Log and report all show incidents during the show
Organise end-of-day meetings with all show teams and log incidents
Build relationships with different team leads and keeping them up to date with current status

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 years of production experience
Familiarity with esports and League of Legends product
Experience in reporting / tracking tools
You know how to operate under stress and know how to remain calm during a crisis. You are able to escalate correctly.

Desired Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in the esports or gaming industry
Experience working in Studio / Broadcast productions
