Production at Riot Games help lead the vision of each product across the finish line and help deliver experiences beyond the audience's expectations. We're involved in almost every product you can think of, be it an epic new skin, the Mechs vs. Minions board game, or the internal tools needed by engineers or artists to speed up their craft. Whatever the calling, we provide solutions that our audience needs.
As a product-focused producer on VALORANT, you will work with project, area and team leaders to translate project level goals into product goals. You will improve the discovery process for opportunities in your space and work with teams to investigate and brainstorm on products that move us towards our objectives. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Production.
Responsibilities
- Guide cross-team goals
- Promote strategic work between areas and project goals
- Advocate for appropriate funding of opportunities
- Ensure product and player focus team culture
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years industry experience
- Shipped multiple games in a production role
- Experience leading teams through feature and content development
- Experience with live game releases
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and affinity with the FPS genre
