Production leads at Riot support the process and approach around how we organize work. From request intakes and project tracking to resource management and, they ensure Rioters are supported and nurtured while providing opportunities for growth. As a leader of teams, they help concept, improve and influence creative projects at every stage of production.
As a Narrative Services Producer, you will collaborate across many Narrative endeavors at Riot, supporting the facilitation and efforts of several accomplished Writers and Editors. You will maintain relationships with delivery leads from development to marketing while also managing Riot’s Narrative Services' operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the process and approach to how we organize work. This includes request intake, project tracking, and resource management.
- Maintain relationships with Product Delivery Leads at Riot across development and marketing.
- Manage Narrative Services’ budget
- Develop monthly reports ensuring transparency across Riot
- Ensure our Writers and Editors are supported and nurtured, providing opportunities for growth in their craft
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a team lead, overseeing delivery, operations or production (or equivalent experience) in games, film, publisher or media outlet
- Dev experience in, and deep passion for, narrative service-related work such as prose pipelines, narrative world building, voice over scripts, and character creation
- Experience managing other managers and individual contributors.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
- Proficiency across multiple project management frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience driving partnerships with game and non-game teams
- Experience working with external clients and vendors
- Experience managing budgets
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working at a Games Studio.
- Experience in League of Legends, tactical shooters and trading card games.
- Experience working in Print and Digital Media
