As European Workplace Experience and Operations Manager you will be the face of the following areas for our European Office Workplace Experience : Business Continuity Planning, Financial Planning & FM Budget Controls, People Manager to the wider workplace experience team across Europe, and Special Projects. This is a 12 month maternity contract cover and you will report into the Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for workplace experience and office operations and maintenance for the Dublin and European offices. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent working with the Dublin office
  • You will maintain office efficiency by planning and building office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • You will be responsible for the day to day management of 6 people and the daily functions of a busy department across eight offices, seven locations.
  • You will manage our business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions, including risk assessments, business impact analysis, strategy selection, and documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures
  • You will plan for the next financial year, ensuring profitability. You will communicate plans, budgets and goals to stakeholders providing visibility into Riot FM performance
  • You will manage multiple simultaneous office operations projects from inception through completion
  • Project management & supervision of all office fit-out related projects
  • Set up, support and coordination of Riot Games expanding European and International offices’ space, infrastructure, people and organization
  • You will be responsible for all travel arrangements for Riot Europe. Oversee all travel arrangements, air, lodgings and ground transportation and manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years previous experience in a facilities / workplace experience management role
  • 5+ years experience managing staff across multiple sites
  • Experience ensuring that facilities across European offices meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Experience planning operations and procedures, formulating policy, and for developing new strategies with regard to workplace design
  • Oversee and be responsible for all aspects of physical security in Riot Europe. Eg: Overseeing the maintenance of all security and alarm systems and working with our third-party vendors to ensure value for money
  • Knowledge of Oracle / Concur / Service Now

Bonus Qualifications

  • Qualifications in project management or facilities management
  • Knowledge of TMC tools such as CWT / Egencia / Conferma
  • Basic knowledge of IT and server rooms
