We are hiring for a E-Sports Procurement Specialist (Internal Title Buyer II) position who will report into our P2P Manager in Dublin. You will be working in our Berlin office with our eSports team. You will support our Craftowners with requisitions, procurement, admin and following process and budgets so that together as a team we can achieve the best player experience in the world.
Responsibilities
- You will create and monitor Purchase Orders for multiple types of spend in Iprocurement system
- Ensure full compliance of procurement activities with Riots policies and strategies.
- Work closely with business partners across multiple locations
- Assist with the Vendor Selection/Management process
- Support the Finance Team for any ad-hoc specific requirements related to Procurement
- Provide assistance to the craft teams in making the right purchase, at the right time and for the right price
- Act as key point of contact for Strategic Procurement process development initiatives
- Manage and monitor the RFP process across the E-Sports business.
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of at least 2-4 years experience in an Purchasing/Procurement Support role
- Knowledge of procurement systems and processes
- Good understanding of Financial forecasting, budgeting and operating expenses
- Experience in a multinational environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills and able to build strong Supplier relationships.
Desired Skills:
- Fluency in an EU language, preferably German
- Project management experience
- Oracle experience preferred
- Knowledge of G-Suite is helpful
