As Content Producer Intern, your role is to collaborate and partner with content producers to ensure marketing creative campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and at the Riot quality bar.

You’ll journey through the creative campaign production process assisting with asset management, coordinating reviews and approvals of art assets, and playing a part in air traffic control to ensure smooth delivery of campaign tactics. You’ll work directly with the Content Producer to ensure information is communicated to appropriate parties regarding status, shifts in direction, and/or direct feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Asset and database management
  • Creative review and approval facilitation
  • Scheduling and agenda creation for campaign team meetings
  • Recording notes and action items for efficient and effective dissemination of meeting outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management mindset
  • Basic understanding of the creative process with regards to art and video
  • Experience in proactive problem solving in a production space

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in google suite (gmail, gdocs, gsheets)
  • Familiarity with Airtable and Miro
  • Experience handling working files for art and video projects (photoshop, illustrator, premiere)
