Content Production at Riot transforms Publishing’s strategic goals into creative campaigns. We perform creative alchemy to provide marketing that players’ love. Our Content Producers promote the skills of our creative partners to produce engaging content that players will love and share, while creating efficient creative processes to support this Riot-wide goal. Content Producers are always one step ahead, and have a grasp on the 10,000 ft view of their initiative’s productions. Content Producers are the Air Traffic Controllers of Riot Games.

As a Content Producer III (CSM) you will report to the Creative Services Lead, working with the Wild Rift team to manage creative projects from conception and design to final delivery. You will work with the Wild Rift campaign team, managing relationships with our vendors and contractors. You will oversee the workflow of multiple campaign assets, ensuring campaign goals success. You will lead end-to-end content creation and production processes across the Wild Rift game team. This role is considered a “Game Dedicated Content Producer” which means your focus will specifically be on Wild Rift. Evolving culture and operations to make creative production sustainable is your mission, if you should choose to accept it. Your vision is to ensure new creative through operational excellence. You will help deliver a high volume of creative assets while supporting team health and balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Track high volumes of asset production, administer team updates, rituals, and vendor meetings.
  • Focus on the Wild Rift roadmap, assisting in campaign planning with team leads.
  • Support establishing project priorities, scheduling creative reviews and tracking feedback, communicating milestones and the status of deliveries, while maintaining transparency, and healthy team communication across the initiative.
  • Manage campaign budgets assisting with contract negotiations, budget approvals, and cost tracking.
  • Oversee and reduce project risks throughout the production process, escalating issues when needed.
  • Organize post-campaign production retros and responsible for communicating insights to the initiative.
  • Update campaign database daily, asset tracking, annotation, and management systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6 or more years of previous Production or Project Management experience in an integrated or digital marketing firm, advertising agency, or equivalent.
  • Understand production workflow and the ability to provide recommendations to increase efficiency
  • Experience managing a high volume of creative marketing assets
  • Comfortable with negotiation, excellent change management, and handling conflict resolution

Desired Qualifications:

  • UA/ASO specific project management experience
  • Video games or Mobile games experience a plus
  • Experience with Project Management tools and Digital Asset Management systems
