Administrative Assistants support senior leadership at Riot Games as a strategist, consultant, and implementer. They ensure that streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of senior leaders and their teams are met. Administrative Assistants also handle the daily management of complex work-flows such as relationship management, schedule oversight, food and beverage planning for meetings, coordination of travel. They are important to senior leadership business matters, crafting necessary communications to all partners, and identifying situations that could affect the success of leadership’s commitments.

As an Administrative Assistant within Riot Game Operations, you will report to the Vice President of Production for Riot Games. You will juggle multiple important requests with diverse teams as a seamless extension of the VP and their leadership team. You will complete a myriad of tasks, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.

Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics on behalf of the executive including: booking travel (hotel/airfare), arranging meals, etc.
  • Manage, and track schedules and workflows, while raising risks, managing trade-offs, and eliminating blockers
  • Assess your executive’s current situation and adapt planning tools, methodologies, and communication channels to ensure successful, sustainable, and delivery of their action items
  • Create transparency and predictability with risk management
  • Create and share project information to partners
  • Lead, and optimize meetings on behalf of your executive
  • Contribute to problem definition, solution option generation, design, and change management
  • Communication between teams; donning white gloves to handle sensitive information
  • Confirm goals for meetings and recommend participants and best approaches
  • Maintain an inventory of critical path projects that your executive is especially interested in for which her awareness and involvement is essential

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience assisting C-suite or comparable leaders
  • BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with executive teams and partners
  • Manage complex programs through entire life cycle – from creation to launch to maintaining
  • Organize large projects with multiple teams
  • Develop productive working relationships with team members, colleagues and partners
