Job Position: Sales Representative

Report To: Managing Director/Sales Manager

Position Information:

This job role consists of working with RHM under our Sales Division. Your job will be to sell our services and more focused towards selling our Website Hosting Packages across the web in order to increase our custom. By doing so you will earn Commission Payments meaning the more customers you bring to RHM, the more money you can earn. Alongside RHM, you will also sell services for our connected companies such as "Selected Marketing".

Conditions Of Working With RHM:

When working under our Sales Team, you are your own boss. The more customers you can bring to RHM, the more money you earn. However, you have to hit at least 3 sales a month to be able to work with RHM, anymore than 3 and you will be earning your way to higher positions.

Position Progression:

When you first starting working with RHM, you will start off as one of our Sales Representatives. This is a position that is at the bottom of the ladder and has huge potential for you to work your way up our brand and into higher, and better paid positions. When you have consistently hit your targets as a Sales Rep, you will then be promoted to a Sales Executive. This means a higher Commission and also a higher sales target to hit.

After we have recruited enough Sales Representatives, we will be looking at recruiting a Sales Manager. This position is the highest position within our Sales Team and results in Commission from every sale made by a member of the Sales Team along with Higher Personal Commission.
